Our current capabilities are: 1. 24,000 TPA of Oxygen Free Continuous Copper Wire Rods produced from the fully automated “Outokumpu” Upcast System. 2. Drawn Copper Conductors using Oxygen Free Copper Wire Rods as input, drawn on high speed “Niehoff” wire drawing facilities. 3. Over 2,400 TPA of Enamelled Copper Wires produced on the most sophisticated “Mag, Austria” enamelling plant. Our raw material input, Electrolytic Copper Cathodes are sourced from the world’s most reputed copper refineries, producing LME Grade “A” Copper Cathodes. Quality assurance is the major driving force behind the Company’s operations. Nuhas is committed to deliver quality products that conform to relevant international standards. Our quality cycling commences from the time of sourcing of raw materials and consumables, in-process production controls and certification of finished goods prior to delivery. Our production and quality management systems are manned by a team of experienced professionals with hardcore relevant experience in their respective fields of operations. A well-equipped in-house quality assurance facility ensures that all products delivered meet stringent quality controls and parameters.
