SN QTY UNIT DESCRIPTION
1 400 DRUM CHEMICAL, PROCESS, ANTISCALE, DRUM OF 200 L should be in liquid form, capable of operating effectively and thermo stable within top brine temperature of 90 to 115 deg C.
Material must be packed in 200L, high density polyethylene new non returnable drums. Drums should be clearly marked for identification and with following:
- Handling and Storage Instructions.
- Country of origin
- Batch #
- Batch date Manufacturing/Expiry date.
Shelf life must not be less than 2 years from the date of delivery.
Drums should be palletized with a minimum 4 drums per pallet. Pallet must be covered with a shrink wrapped robust polyethylene cover.
Original Technical Data Sheet, MSDS, Radioactive Contamination Analysis Certificate from Abu Dhabi Municipality, all requires certificates and documents to be provided along with material.
Transportation and unloading of material to the store arranged by the supplier.
Partial delivery shall not be accepted.

Inspection Details
CLASS 4
The Manufacturer should conduct the factory tests according to latest relevant international or equivalent standards and submit Original Conformity Certificates to the client. Release note will be issued by the client for dispatching of the material.
Certificates to be provided
1. C018 – Shelf life Certificate
2. C006 – Conformity Certificate
Bid Bond
Vendor shall submit an irrevocable Bid Bond of 5% of the quoted amount, issued by a local bank in Abu Dhabi, in a separate envelope, as Tender Security and in accordance client Terms and Conditions.
Performance Bond and Late
Within (10) days from official notification of award, the successful bidder should provide a (10%), of the total awarded value, an unconditional and irrevocable Performance Bank Guarantee, issued by a local Bank in Abu Dhabi, and valid up to the final acceptance of all awarded materials, as per specimen, if the successful Vendor fails to provide the required performance Bond within the aforesaid period, he will deemed to have withdrawn his offer and his Bid will be confiscated accordingly.
Late Delivery
- Late delivery Penalty is applicable to this RFQ, which is 1% per week subject of a minimum of 5% of the delayed quantity/item.
Important Notice :
1. Any deviation from the enquiry specifications shall be clearly highlighted.
2. Bidder to attach a copy of catalogue/datasheet for the item offered.
3. Bidders to specify the certificate offered.
