We could provide cement of China Origin. The table below shows the test result versus the China National Standard of GB 175-1999. The offered cement for export purpose are mostly of 32.5R and 42.5R. The offer stated thereafter.
We wished to highlight that in dealing with me, you are very direct to the cement mill. The cement mill and us are much into a common understanding for us being their export-trading wing.
For shipment, the Mill would need the Client/Buyer to charter their own vessel as they could not organise such. Hence, the contract shall be on FOB basis.
The offer is as follows:
1) Goods Description: OPC 42.5R
2) Conforming Standard: China National Standard GB 175-1999
3) Quanity: 12,500MT and above. The allocation for 2006 export quantity is at 1-1.5 million MT only.
4) Packing: In 50kg small bag of 1 ply polypropylene woven + 1 ply paper inner. 2% spare bags free of charge. Bag marking shall be agreed upon.
5) Payment: Irrevocable, Transferable, L/C 100% at sight.
6) Shipment: Buyer to arrange the vessel to arrive at loading port.
7) Loading Port: Longkou Port, China
8) Loading Rate: 4000 MTS PWWD SHEX UU
9) Demurrage / Despatch: US$6000 PDPR / US$3000 PDPR
10) Quality: Inspection Certificate of Quality, Quantity and Packing will be issued by CIQ.
11) Documents requried for payment:
a. Clean B/L
b. Coomercial Invoice, Packing list, Certificate of Origin
c. Inspection Certificate of Quality, Quantity and Packing issued by CIQ.
